PROTECT YOURSELF FROM PHISHING
Protect yourself from Phishing
In the context of prevention and social responsibility, EYDAP informs that in recent times there has been an increase in incidents of electronic fraud through invoices and other documents (invoice fraud phishing), aimed at misleading those doing business with the company.
The misleading message, which is allegedly sent from an EYDAP email, includes a false file attached and by clicking on it, the user is asked to enter personal codes.
EYDAP will never ask you to disclose your confidential information, such as your username, password, card and PIN details, one-time codes (OTP), and other codes via email, SMS, Viber, etc., nor via links contained in these messages.
It is recalled that online bill or debt payments are made only through EYDAP's official channels (official website – www.eydap.gr, mobile application – eydapp) or interbank, and not through links from a message or email you received, search engines or other websites.
We draw the attention of customers and ask them to be cautious and to check very carefully any similar misleading messages they may receive by email or SMS in the future.
