EYDAP S.A. informs the investment community, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification received from GEK TERNA S.A. on 19.03.2026, that on March 19th, 2026, it acquired indirect voting rights, through URBAN SERVICES Single Member S.A. (100% subsidiary of GEK TERNA CONCESSIONS Single Member S.A.), and exceeded the threshold of 10%.

Specifically, GEK TERNA S.A. now holds 13,593,370 voting rights, corresponding to 12.7637% of the total voting rights of EYDAP S.A., compared to 9.9468% held prior to March 19^th, 2026.
