EYDAP SA informs the investing public, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant new notification received from GEK TERNA SA on 05.03.2026, that on March 3rd, 2026 it acquired indirect voting rights, through the group's 100% subsidiary, URBAN SERVICES Single Member S.A., totaling 10,343,370, which correspond to an equal number of common registered shares, i.e. 9.7121% of the total voting rights of EYDAP S.A.
