EYDAP SA informs the investing community, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification from the GEK TERNA Group on 03.03.2026, that the 100% subsidiary of the group, URBAN SERVICES Single Member S.A., acquired through a stock exchange transaction, which took place on March 3rd, 2026, a percentage of direct voting rights of 10,343,370, corresponding to 10,343,370 common registered shares, i.e. a percentage of 9.7121% of the total voting rights of the Company.
