EYDAP S.A. informs the investing community, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, that:
 

• Following the relevant notification of Paulson & Co. Inc. dated 03.03.2026, the percentage of voting rights held by it, namely 9.99% of the total voting rights of EYDAP S.A. corresponding to an equal percentage of common, registered shares of the Company, on 3 March 2026 fell below the notifiable threshold, specifically to 0%.

• Following the relevant notification of John Paulson dated 03.03.2026, the percentage of voting rights held by him, namely 9.99% of the total voting rights of EYDAP corresponding to an equal percentage of common, registered shares of the Company, on 3 March 2026 fell below the notifiable threshold, specifically to 0%.
