EYDAP informs the investment community that the Company's Board of Directors, at its meeting of January 28^th, 2026, decided the placement of Mr. Spyros Stamou to the position of Chief Financial and Supply Chain Officer.

The selection of the new General Manager was made in accordance with article 21 of EYDAP's Articles of Association, with a procedure that was implemented in line with the approved "Senior Executive Appointment Procedure" of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Mr. Stamou is a senior executive in the field of finance with over 20 years of experience, mainly in the sectors of telecommunications, infrastructure and supply chain. He has been recognized for his ability to lead strategic transformations, enhance efficiency and create long-term value for the businesses he serves. He combines deep financial training with leadership skills, strategic thinking and innovation.
