The total percentage of voting rights (direct and indirect) controlled by the Greek State amounts to 65,319,740 (61.33%), of which the direct voting rights relate to 53,250,001 common registered shares (50% +1 share) and the indirect voting rights relate to 12,069,739 (11.33%) common registered shares. The 11.33% of the share capital and voting rights of EYDAP that was directly held by the company "Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. "(HRADF) was transferred on 31-12-2024 to the company "Hellenic Corporation Of Assets And Participations S.A." (Growthfund). The Greek State is the sole shareholder (100%) of the Growthfund.
