The total percentage of voting rights (direct and indirect) controlled by the Greek State amounts to 65,319,740 (61.33%), of which the direct voting rights relate to 53,250,001 common registered shares (50% +1 share) and the indirect voting rights relate to 12,069,739 (11.33%) common registered shares which are held through the company “Growthfund”.
The Greek State is the sole shareholder (100%) of the company «Growthfund».
