According to A. 1023/28.02.2023 (Government Gazette 1150B'/28.02.2023) the detailed transmission of wholesale transactions to AADE is mandatory.

Therefore, if you are a business owner, please declare your business water supplies, or declare that you do not have business water supplies, or declassify water supplies that were previously declared as business water supplies.
The declaration only applies to real estate water supplies in which you are a tenant, or owner without a tenant. It does not concern water supplies for real estate in which you are the owner and there is a declared tenant.

For the declaration of water supplies, your details must be identified with your Tax Registry (TAXISnet).

For this purpose, an interface will be made with the GIS for the basic Registry data and with the AADE for the certification that you are a businessman.
