INFORMATION FOR THE PAYMENT OF YOUR ACCOUNT

EYDAP, for your convenience, offers alternative ways to settle your water bill. So, your bill can be paid:

• At the Cashiers of Customer Service Centers of EYDAP. POS terminals are also available.
• At the Hellenic Post Offices in the Company’s area of service.
• Via Banks (cashiers - ATMs) and their partners. In National Bank  of Greece you can also pay part of your bill.
• By direct debit in National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, Alpha Bank, Attica Bank and Citibank.
• By electronic payment via electronic banking of cooperating banks. For any possible charge for this transaction, you will be advised on the website of your bank.
• Via our website through electronic payment with credit, debit or prepaid card issued by participating Local Banks (Piraeus Bank, National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank, Pancreta Bank, Attica Bank & Cooperative Banks) or by other Payment Service Providers (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), using the safe site of Interbanking Systems S.A. (DIAS SA). When using this method you have to pay the whole amount.

Do not forget
Your bill after the payment due date is burdened with surcharges for late payment. In this case, EYDAP has the right to stop water supply without any notice and the customer is charged with the reconnection costs. When restoring water supply, water taps in the property should be closed.
