At EYDAP we know how essential water is for the decent living of citizens. Therefore, we provide- καupon request - the opportunity to grant an Exceptional Special Tariff (ΕST) to those beneficiaries who have been subject to Law 4389/2016, applying a new, more favorable program that provides:
Your application for the EST is submitted online at www.eydap.gr/MyAccount/SocialInvoice. Except for cases of accommodation and free concession, for which beneficiaries can only submit their application for the EST at EYDAP Regional Centers.
You can apply to get the Exceptional Special Tariff only if you have already been subject to Law 4389/2016.
When submitting the online application for the EST, you need to provide your Tax Identification Number and your Social Security Number. In case of disability above 67%, a valid KEPA certificate is required to be attached. If you have not already provided your details (full name, Tax Number and relationship to the property) to EYDAP, via our website, guidelines are provided. Beneficiaries who reside in a property that has been granted to them free of charge or are guests in a third party's residence, should ((in addition to providing their Tax Identification Number and your Social Security Number) νprovide the following documents to any EYDAP Regional Center: 1. a copy of EYDAP bill. 2. a copy of their ID card or other proof of identity 3. valid (printed from TAXIS) copy of the E1 tax return form, showing the address of their permanent residence.
