EMPLOYEE HEALTH & SAFETY

For EYDAP, protecting the mental health of its human resources is part of its business ethics and is inextricably linked to business continuity and growth. With the belief that a high level of protection in the workplace contributes positively to performance and good working relationships, Safety and Health Protection in the workplace is considered an important obligation by our Company, both towards its employees and their families.


EYDAP has a Health & Safety Policy and it is applied to all EYDAP employees, regardless of the type of their contract (permanent employees, sanitary engineers, part-time cleaning contractors, 8-month contract employees, students on 6-month and 2-month contracts, trainee lawyers, students of EPAL). EYDAP's obligations do not include contractor personnel working in the area of responsibility of EYDAP. Contractors are obliged to comply with the legislation on health and safety at work and to have their own Safety Technicians and Occupational Physicians.


CERTIFICATIONS : As of 2020 and during 2021, the Company's Internal Protection Prevention Service (IPS) has been certified with ISO 9001:2015 "Quality Management System" and ISO 45001:2018 "Occupational Health and Safety", two internationally recognized standards for the quality management of its services in the field of Occupational Health and Safety.
