The required supporting documents, as outlined in the Sponsorship Policy, will be requested upon completion of the sponsorship approval process.

EYDAP SA (or the “Company”), as Data Controller, informs you that the above personal data of the contact person, responsible for the communication/ sponsorship management, are collected and processed legally in the context of the Company’s legal obligations and the procedures defined in the Sponsorship Policy as established by the Company and approved by the Board of Directors, decision of BoD 20680/22.7.2020, and generally in the context of evaluation of the requested compensatory sponsorship / financial support, solely for the purpose of evaluation of the respective request, approval and general communication for approved sponsorship. The data collected are maintained for the period of time defined by law or demanded for the defense of the legal interests of the Company (court disputes) or the fulfillment of its legal obligations.
