Approval for a Preliminary Public Consultation of the market, in accordance with articles 278, of Law 4412/2016, as amended and currently in force, as well as with the Regulation for Supply and General Services of E.Y.D.A.P. S.A, for the purpose of collecting proposals and opinions on the Integrated Digital System for the Management of Electronic and Physical Security, including the provision of Security and Fire Safety Services at the Facilities of EYDAP S.A..

INVITATION

E.Y.D.A.P. S.A. conducts a Preliminary Public Consultation to collect proposals and opinions on the technical description and the technical specifications of the Integrated Digital System for the Management of the Electronic and Physical Security, including the Provision of Security Services and Fire Safety Services at the Facilities of EYDAP S.A.

The Preliminary Public Consultation is addressed to interested financial entities and aims to improve the technical specifications. Receipt of the Technical Specifications issue requires an expression of interest and after signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Ιn accordance with articles 278, of Law 4412/2016, as amended and currently in force, as well as with the Regulation for Supply and General Services of E.Y.D.A.P. S.A., the Preliminary Public Consultation will be posted on the website of E.Y.D.A.P. S.A., as well as in a special location for Consultations on the Portal «Prometheus» of E.S.I.DIS, for the purpose of submitting proposals / comments.

Taking into account that EYDAP S.A., in accordance with Law 4577/2018, which incorporated into Greek legislation Directive 2016/1148 of the European Union, by which EYDAP S.A., with its activity in the Water Supply/Sewerage sector, is defined as an Operator of Essential Services, and its critical role  is recognized, on the basis that it "provides a service essential for the maintenance of critical social and/or economic activities”, any free disclosure of confidential information could, on the one hand, harm its interests and, on the other hand, cause a serious risk to public health. Therefore, the full text of the Technical Specifications put up for Public Preliminary Consultation will be provided by the Facilities Safety and Fire Protection Service, of the Building Facilities Directorate of EYDAP S.A., to the interested economic operators, upon submission of a relevant electronic request to participate in the Consultation, to the electronic address e.astamouk@eydap.gr , within 20 days from the publication of this Invitation. Subsequently, a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) will be sent by the above Service, which, after being signed by the interested economic operator and EYDAP S.A., will either be sent via e-mail to the interested economic operator the full issue of the Technical Specifications to be consulted in a locked file or the interested economic operator will come to the above Service in order to receive the full issue of the Technical Specifications to be consulted in digital format.

The final proposals of the participants in the consultation will be forwarded to e.astamouk@eydap.gr

The duration of this Preliminary Public Consultation is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of the relevant call on the official website of E.Y.D.A.P. S.A. and E.S.I.DIS., i.e..
