The main body of Company's top management, besides the Board of Directors, consists of the Chief Executive Officer, the Deputy CEO and five General Directorates, served by executives, with years of experience and dedication to EYDAP’s mission.


Harry Sachinis / Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Sachinis is the Chief Executive Officer of EYDAP, the largest water and wastewater company in Greece. He previously held the position of Business Development Officer at Aegean Airlines. He has been involved in private equity independently as a Partner at Global Finance and as an Operating Partner at Advent International. Earlier he was the Chairman and CEO of DEPA Group, where he improved business efficiency, negotiated and completed major supply contracts and contributed in the shaping of alternative gas supply routes to Europe. He has also served as President of the McGraw-Hill Companies’ Business Information Group, which he made into one of the top global business-to-business information companies, specializing in the aerospace and defense, construction and energy industries. Prior to this, he was President of Platts, which he built into the world’s largest energy price and information provider and at the same time actively promoted transparency and integrity in the global energy markets. He was also Group Vice President of Standard & Poor’s, where he grew key strategic businesses in the financial information sector. He is Vice President of ATHEXClear and a Member of the Boards of Directors of ENEXClear, of the Atlantic Council and οf the Investment Committee of CNL Capital. He holds an engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Anastasios Tossios / Deputy CEO

Born in 1972. He holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1995), an MSc in Technical Change and Industrial Strategy from the Manchester Business School, UK (1996) as well as an MBA at ALBA Graduate Business School, Athens (2006). He has also completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School (PLDA, 2011) . Until 2002, he held positions in management consulting, sales engineering, electromechanical construction and administration in various companies in Thessaloniki and Athens. From 2002 to 2016 he worked for Attiki Gas Supply Company holding managerial positions such as B2B Sales Manager, Technical Service Director and Technical Director, participating at the top management team. In 2017, he undertook the position of the Operational (Technical and Commercial) Distribution Director at Attiki Natural Gas Distribution Company, managing to succeed customer growth and to improve customer service experience in the most fully deregulated gas market. . He has extensive experience in energy networks and energy market. He serves as a Vice Chairman of the Hellenic Association for the Cogeneration of Heat and Power (HACHP), and as Member of the Executive Committee of the Institute of Energy for South East Europe (IENE).




George Karagiannis / Executive Director of Water Supply

Georgios Karagiannis has Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace. He is married and father of two children.

He joined EYDAP S.A in 1990. As a civil engineer he has designed and constructed a significant number of technical works. For many years he has worked in organizing, planning and implementation of works and processes in Water Supplies. While being Section Manager, Sub Director and Assistant General Director, he has been in charge of Departments in various technical activities of EYDAP. Until October 2016, he held the position of General Director of Networks and Facilities Operation, where he coordinated the Departments that deal with water sources, external reservoirs, water treatment plants, water supplies and sewerage and wastewater treatments, throughout the area of responsibility of EYDAP S.A.

Today, he holds the post of Executive Director of Water Supply. He has been elected as a member of The Technical Chamber of Greece, from 2006 to 2009.

Constantinos Vougiouklakis / Executive Director of Sewarage Network

He was born in Athens in September 1966 and graduated from the 5th High School of Kallithea. He studied at the National Technical University of Athens, section of Civil Engineering, with specialization in Transportation.

He has been working in EYDAP since 1993, where he has held positions, including, Head of the Second Regional Maintenance Department (1996-1997), Head of the Preventive Maintenance Sewerage Network (1997- 2007), Director of the Sewerage Network (2009-2013) and Assistant Executive Director of Operation and Network Installations (2013-2014).

Until October 2016, he held the position of Executive Director Development and Infrastructure, having the responsibility of the Department of Planning and Development , the Department of Infrastructure, the Quality Management Research and Development (R&D), the Department of Building Property and Energy and the Department for Relations with Local Authorities. Today, he holds the post of Executive Director of Wastewater services.

Stella Politaki / Executive Director of Customer Service

Stylliani Politaki was born in July 1959 in Vyronas, Attica and graduated from the 4th Lyceum of Athens in Pagrati. She began her studies at the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras and continued in the Department of Organization and Business Administration of the University of Piraeus. She holds a postgraduate degree from the National Technical University of Athens in Water Resources Science and Technology in Hydrology.

She has been working in EYDAP in various sectors since 1983, taking over different positions, including Head of External Aqueduct Department at the Water Supply Division, Head of Water Services and then Deputy Director of the Water Supply Division, Deputy Director of the Sewerage Network Division, Deputy Director and afterwards Director in the Customer Services Division.

Thence, she joined the Internal Audit Division as Auditor and in July 2015 she was appointed the duties of the Director of Internal Audit Division until September 2016, whereby the BoD of EYDAP appointed her as Executive Director of Customer Services.

She is married and mother of two children.

Antigoni Sinodinou / Executive Director of Coordination & Supportive Operations

Mrs. Antigoni Synodinou was born in Athens and graduated from the 1st Lyceum of N. Psychiko. She is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens and she holds a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Synodinou started her career in a dynamic Greek chemical industry business, in marketing field as a product group manager. She then moved to one of the leading multinational FCG companies, where she undertook managing positions in production planning and logistics.

Since 1996, she has been working at EYDAP. She has held positions such as Head of the Internal Prevention and Protection Service, Head of the Industrial Waste and Wastewater Treatment Service, Head of the Water Pollution Control Unit, Director of the Water Treatment Plants.  At 2016 she undertook the position of Deputy Executive Director of Water Supply. Since April 2019, she holds the position of Executive Director of Coordination & Supportive Operations, having the responsibility of the Division of Coordination & Monitoring, the Division of Environmental Affairs, Research & Development, the Division of Buildings & Real Estate and the Division of Facilities’ Security & Administrative Support Civil Emergency.
She is active in infrastructure issues, as well as in issues of environmental and water resource management.
She speaks English and French.
