EYDAP S.A. announces that following the BoD’s Resolutions (Resolution 17993 and 17994), Mr. Antonios Vartholomeos was elected from April 1st, 2013, Chief Executive Officer, following Mr. Stylianos Stavridis’ resignation from this position, and from May 23rd 2013, also Chairman of the Board of Directors.

For the period April 1st until May 22nd 2013, non-executive Chairman of the BoD, will remain Mr. Stylianos Stavridis.

It is noted that Mr. Antonios Vartholomeos is the only executive member of the BoD and that his election will be ratified at the scheduled General Meeting of Shareholders.
